RETURN POLICY
At SplashSeat we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may exercise your right to return under the following conditions:
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchase without needing to provide a reason.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be in its original condition, unused and with intact packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Show no damage caused by the customer
3. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Send us an email at Didac.finanzas@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return
- We will reply within 24–48 business hours with shipping instructions
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, shipping costs are covered by us
- If the return is due to customer withdrawal, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
5. REFUNDS
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
